Aaron Szydlo is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in New York and New Jersey, licensed since 2021. He brings over seven years of experience with Centers Health Care, where he developed a strong foundation in skilled nursing operations, regulatory compliance, and team leadership. A graduate of Yeshiva University’s Sy Syms School of Business, Aaron is deeply committed to providing high-quality care to the geriatric population. He takes a hands-on approach to leadership and can often be found on the floors of the facility, engaging directly with residents and staff to ensure compassionate, person-centered care.
