A native of Brooklyn, Isaac earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Touro College, Lander Division. He brings to Boro Park Center a commitment to helping people live better lives and finding ways to have a positive impact on the residents every day.

Jeff is a graduate of SUNY Downstate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy. He is always thinking of innovative new ways to deliver quality therapy, with the ultimate goal of making the rehab department at Boro Park Center the best in the city.

Our team also works hard to keep therapies as consistent as possible, tracking all communications through an advanced electronic medical record system. This ensures immediate transmission of information across the entire care network.

Per the New York State Department of Health revised visitation guidelines on February 22nd, 2021, facilities are required to be COVID-19 free and have no new staff or resident COVID-19 positive cases for a minimum of 14 days before renewing outside visitation. Additionally, there are specific guidelines regarding the number of visitors allowed at one time, dedicated space, infection control, and COVID-19 testing requirements for visitors.
